I feel like there is a lump in my throat. Sometimes it feels like sawdust. When I breathe in sharply in hurts a little like a sharp stab at the base of my neck. Hi,

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

As of now, do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
